No Code + Brews

Just before the break for the holidays we managed to sneak another No Code event in the diary! These events are specifically designed for folks with zero coding know-how who are interested in building AI assistants, automations or applications.

Paul, Craig, Rose, Melissa, Shamini, Cecilia and James at July’s No Code + Brews at 15gifts

James shows the app built in Bubble for the Create With Conference

Paul presenting a Make automation

James Devonport showed us how they built the conference app for Create With using Bubble. We absolutely loved how they'd used Gemini to match up attendees 🫶 (Great conference btw - check it out)

James then showed us how Create With are using n8n to automate their business. This means they can run and promote their conferences and meet ups with a tiny staff - folks THIS is the future of the organisation 😉

Melissa Westbrook showed us her incredibly powerful translation assistant, auto-recognising languages.

Melissa then took us through her stack and workflow for creating agents and automations (which she's kindly shared with the group). It's brilliant, and so well thought out ✨

Brighton AI’s Rose Tighe, co-organiser of No Code + Brews shared Lindy - a super simple way to get started with AI agents, using their vast array of templates.

Paul Addicott-Evans showed his company research automation in Make, and shared his DIY guide to building it in Make.

After that we had time to break out into groups and give these tools a whirl. 💻

A MASSIVE thank you to 15gifts for hosting, providing drinks and delicious pizza - a total treat. Craig Lawes made it all happen, and Ben Collins and Jack Barker-Davy gave everyone such a warm welcome.

Cecilia Drevon-Barbecot gave us a great overview of 15gifts' brand new, AI-driven product called Humara. It's incredible to see Brighton businesses innovating at the cutting edge - they’ll be presenting at our September Brighton AI event on Sept 3rd at Plus X.
